Talasa Utopian Village 🌴

Newly built sustainable homes next to the sea.

A few meters from La Almadraba beach, in El Verger, and a few kilometers from Denia, a project is born that challenges convention. One whose intention is none other than to make the impossible a reality: a residential complex that aspires to become a sustainable, healthy and respectful community.

Always seeking maximum respect for nature, the project is conceived with brilliant sustainable strategies: rainwater collection, channeling and reuse systems that will give life to an exuberant sustainable ecosystem; refreshing gardens of native species whose maintenance will hardly be necessary; large areas of photovoltaic panels for self-consumption energy generation; even multiple power points for electric mobile vehicles.

Homes of various types and sizes: apartments or townhouses, 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, living room with equipped kitchen, parking space, but without a doubt, the main feature of the homes will be their large terraces. With regular proportions, they are the ideal spaces in which to live outside. The union of the living room with these large terraces will structure your home as a habitable volume in which the interior will merge with the exterior.

Located in El Verger, less than 1000 meters from the beaches of Almadraba and Les Deveses, 15 minutes by car from the center of Denia, and with close and quick access to the AP7 motorway that runs along the Mediterranean coast.
