🏡 New construction in Polop de la Marina — 3 modern design townhouses

A set of 3 new construction townhouses, in the final phase of construction, located in Polop de la Marina, in a quiet residential area surrounded by nature and close to supermarkets, schools, and green areas, with views of the urban center of Polop and the Sleeping Lion mountain. Expected delivery in December 2026.

📐 Distribution and spaces

The houses have 114 m² built in duplex distribution, with contemporary finishes and design. Each one has 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and an independent dressing room, and 3 full bathrooms with shower, stone shower tray, sink cabinet, chrome single-lever faucets, mirror, and screen. Two of the three houses are corner units; the central house includes an interior parking space, while the corner houses offer capacity for nearly 3 vehicles, with access through an automatic garage door. The interior incorporates glass handrails on the staircase.

☀️ Solarium and exteriors

As a distinguishing feature, the walkable flat roof houses a 50 m² solarium accessible from the master bedroom, ideal for outdoor enjoyment. The houses are completed with a laundry room and storage, a rear patio, and side gardens, a rainwater drainage system, and a fenced plot with independent access.

🌿 Energy efficiency

They stand out for their energy certificate A, construction in Thermo-clay with reinforced thermal insulation, independent ducted air conditioning on each floor through heat/cold pump, integrated air purifier, and sanitary hot water through photovoltaic solar panels. The windows, of large dimensions (up to 2.5 meters), are made of lacquered aluminum with a thermal bridge break and double glazing with an air chamber, with motorized blinds.

🍳 Kitchen

The kitchen comes fully equipped, with a central island, glossy white lacquered columns, synthetic material countertop, induction hob, oven, integrated microwave, panelled refrigerator, and exterior extractor hood, with pre-installation for dishwasher and washing machine.

🎨 Finishes and security

The interior finishes include rectified porcelain stoneware floor of 120x120 cm, matching bathroom tiling, continuous false ceiling, and plastic paint in light tones. Security is reinforced with a three-point anchored armored entrance door and video intercom.

🏗️ Structure

The building is resolved with isolated footing foundation and reinforced concrete tying beams according to geotechnical study, pillars and unidirectional reinforced concrete slabs, and ceramic brick dividing walls with insulation and gypsum board lining.
